1. Description of Services

DeltaPixel.io provides:

• Website tracking infrastructure
• Identity resolution tools
• Data enrichment services
• Audience modeling
• API access
• Enterprise data services

We may modify or discontinue Services at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have authority to bind your organization

3. Customer Obligations

You agree to:

• Comply with privacy and data laws
• Obtain necessary user consent
• Not upload unlawfully obtained data
• Not use Services for discriminatory or unlawful purposes
• Not attempt reverse engineering

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use DeltaPixel.io to:

• Process sensitive health data without agreement
• Process credit-reporting data governed by FCRA
• Conduct unlawful profiling
• Target protected classes unlawfully
• Attempt to re-identify anonymized data

5. Fees

If applicable, fees are defined in your subscription or Statement of Work.

Failure to pay may result in suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform software, models, algorithms, and documentation are owned by DeltaPixel.io.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license during your subscription term.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

DeltaPixel.io shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Regulatory fines resulting from customer misuse

Total liability is capped at fees paid in the previous 12 months.

9. Indemnification

Customer shall indemnify DeltaPixel.io for claims arising from:

• Unlawful data collection
• Privacy violations
• Regulatory actions resulting from customer conduct

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming.

11. Arbitration

Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wyoming.

Class actions are waived.
